The Admission Form for Session 26-27 is now available from School Office and Online.

Admission Procedure

  • Collect Offline Admission Form from School Office, fill up the Form and submit with Documents mentioned in Form.
  • For Online Admission, click on the Button in the Yellow Chart as per Age Criteria after calculating the Date of Birth (as on 31st March 2026).
  • School office will Email and Phone, Date of Admission test (only for class 2 onwards) and Interview for Parents and Child.
  • Selected candidates will pay Admission charges by Cash, UPI, Check or Debit Card and take the Admission on the same day.

Scholarship Rules for Admission

  • Sibling Discount: 10% off Admission Fees for one sibling.
  • Academic Excellence (Class 5+): Students with 90%+ in the previous Academic Year are eligible.
  • Admission Test Performance (Class 2+): Students scoring over 90% in the Admission Test will be considered.
  • Extracurricular Talent: Exceptional Skills in Sports, Arts, Music or other Activities may qualify for Scholarships (case-by-case).
  • Support for Underprivileged Meritorious Students: Eligible on Merit and Financial Need, assessed individually.
  • Leadership & Community Service: Students with notable Leadership or Social Contributions may be awarded special Scholarships.

Admission Procedure for the Academic Year 2026-2027

Availability of Admission Forms:

Admission Forms are available both Offline and Online.

Offline : Collect the Admission Form from the Office of School Birati Branch on any working day between
9 AM and 1 PM. Additionally, Forms can be obtained on Saturdays from the School Office.

Online : Online Admission Forms are available by clicking on the “ADMISSION” button on the top right of our website.

Submission of Forms:
Duly filled Offline Application Forms, along with necessary Attachments, must be submitted in the School Office.

Online Admission Forms can be directly submitted in the School Website. The short Notes in the Admission Page will direct you through the Submission Process.

Once the Forms are Submitted, (both Offline and Online), our School Admission Counsellors will co-ordinate with you regarding the Interview and/or Exam Dates.

Classes Covered for Admission:

Admissions for the 2026-2027 session are open for Classes:
Pre-Nursery, Nursery, KG, I, II, III, IV, V, VI, VII, VIII, IX, X, and XI

Admissions are subject to Seat Availability, Performance in the Interview & Admission Test (Class 2 onwards).

Mandatory Attachments:

 1. Xerox Copy of Birth Certificate (Panchayat/Municipality/State Hospital/Nursing Home) – Self-Attested.
2. Child Vaccination Report.
3. Income Certification of Parents/Guardians, including Salary Slips.

For Self-employed or Business Owners: A personal Income Statement for the year, along with a Xerox copy of PAN Card and Income Tax Return.

Admission Process
Candidates and their Parents/Guardians are required to attend the Admission Interview on the Date and Time specified in the Notice.

Selection and Notification:

Selected Candidates will be informed immediately after the Interview.
They must then complete all Admission Formalities and Pay the requisite Admission Charges to Secure their Seat.

Admission Test:
Students seeking Admission in Class II and onwards only must appear for an Admission Test. The Subjects for the Entrance Test include English, Bengali/Hindi, Science, and Mathematics.

Candidates from Pre Nursery to Class I will be Selected on the basis of a Psychometric Test of the Candidate followed by Interview together with both the Guardians.

Final Admission Procedure:
Candidates who Pass the Entrance Exam and Selected at the Interview with their Guardians will be Eligible for Admission.
Only the Selected Candidates will be asked to fill up the Blue Admission Form and Pay the Admission Fees to Confirm Admission.

Important Notice:

  • The School reserves the right to reject any Application without providing reasons.
  • No Inquiries regarding rejected applications will be entertained.
  • For Admissions into Classes II and above, a Transfer Certificate from the Previous School must be Submitted within a reasonable timeframe.
