    Co-curricular Activities

    Co-curricular Activities play an important role, especially in the Middle and Senior section Classes. Under the direct supervision of teachers and professionals, students learn to do the activities by themselves. They are provided with an opportunity to view the practical aspects of the abstract ideas through classroom duties, co-operation and responsibility.

    CCA is equally important as academics. It is compulsory that students take up one CCA for which their performance is evaluated. The school has a dynamic CCA Council that looks into the functioning of the various club activities. 

    The school has the following CCA Clubs:

    Other Activities

    Excursions and Education Tours: Learning through physical tours and gathering first-hand experience gives better understanding of the subjects. Hence school organizes excursions and educational tours during school days or vacations.

    Career Counseling: Before our students step into a world of various fields of studies/specialization, they are made aware of it by our professional Counsellor through workshops, seminars and career fairs.

    Workshop: Regular workshop and orientation programs are held in school and outside.

    Parents/ Teacher Meetings: After terminal & final examination, parents/guardians meet the subject’s teachers and discuss the progress of the child. The weak students are especially taken care of through remedial classes thus they get an opportunity to improve in future.

    Medical Check Up: Once a year a doctor visits the school to conduct a medical check-up of every student. A health card with the child’s medical report is sent to the parents for their information and necessary action, if any. For any kind of emergency requirement the school has a full time trained nurse to provide first Aid.

    Student’s Council: To promote discipline, leadership and co- operation, we have the student’s council. It is headed by the school captain, one vice captain, four school prefects,one House prefect from each four Houses (Tejas, Agni, Brahmos, Prithvi). A healthy competition is promoted among the members of the Houses through regular network duty,Class duty and board duty. The main purpose of the group is to acquire leadership qualities, team spirit and organizational skills while carrying out the various activities of the school.

    Parent Engagement program (PEP): PEP is conducted on a regular basis to create a “co-teaching” environment for students to bridge the gap in learning concepts. Teachers guide our parents to be more tech savvy, counsel them to deal with students’ difficulties and keep them alongside school plans.

    Parents Counseling will be held in school and details are as under :-

    • Digital Age Parenting: In an increasingly digital world, safeguarding our children from cyber threats is more important than ever. This workshop will provide parents with practical tools to recognize online dangers, discuss them with their children, and implement strategies for safe online behavior.
    • Nutrition and Healthy Eating: Promote lifelong healthy eating habits with our nutrition workshop! Parents will learn about balanced diets, meal planning, and the importance of nutrition in child development. Our nutrition experts will provide tips and recipes to make healthy eating enjoyable for the whole family.

    • Volunteering and Community Engagement: This workshop emphasizes the importance of giving back to the community. Parents will learn about available volunteering opportunities, how to involve their children in community service, and the benefits of fostering a strong sense of social responsibility and empathy in their families.

    • First Aid and Emergency preparedness : Be prepared for emergencies with our first aid workshop! Parents will learn critical first aid techniques, how to respond in emergency situations, and create an emergency plan for their families. Knowledge of first aid can save lives and provide peace of mind in times of crisis.

    • Protecting your child from Cybercrimes and Online frauds. This session will provide Children /Guardians with essential knowledge & tools to recognize potential dangers, understand the cyber threats & implement effective safety measures. This workshop will teach online behaviors , promote digital literacy creating safer online environments. Proactive approaches to protecting personal information, ensuring that children navigate the digital world with confidence and security, will be taught.

    • Health Camp Professional Doctors will conduct thorough physical check-ups, including assessments of bone mass and other important medical parameters. This initiative aims to raise awareness about health and wellness among students, encouraging them to adopt healthy habits early in life.

      It is compulsory for parents to join minimum 6 out of 10 workshops

    1. 6 or > 6 workshops – Grade – A
    2. 3-5 workshops – Grade – B 
    3. 4 Workshops – Grade – C
    4. Less than 3 workshops: Grade – D / E
